Zachary Eduvas

Biography

Zach’s research interests reside in identifying epigenetic and post-translational modifying enzymes involved in aging and its “reversal”. The focal point of Zach’s research is identifying and understanding the molecular benefit of over-expressing SIRT6 in the Ercc1 -/D mouse model of accelerated aging. On the side, Zach also screens various epigenetic modulators as potential senotherapeutics. His outside interests include going to the gym, spending time with friends, and playing sports.

Mike Zhang

Biography

Mike is working on cell-based drug screening for novel senotherapeutics and analyzing the effects of senotherapeutic treatments on tissue senescence in mouse models of aging.

Tanvi Adige

Biography

Tanvi is learning multiple orthogonal approaches in an attempt to understand how non-coding RNAs induce cellular senescence in human and mouse cells. Her outside interests include reading, cooking, and spending time with friends and family.

Ashley Saathoff

Biography

Ashley’s research interests focus on revealing epigenetic modulators of cellular senescence for the “reversal” or prevention of age-associated chronic disease. Ashley’s research focuses on transcriptionally characterizing the effects of over-expressing the longevity-associated protein, SIRT6, in the Ercc1 -/D mouse model of accelerated aging. Her work also involves repurposing FDA-approved drugs as senotherapeutics.
