Louise Pitcher

Graduate Student

Louise is interested in understanding epigenetic mechanisms of cellular rejuvenation, aging and cellular senescence. Her work focuses on identifying epigenetic modulating therapeutics using multi-OMIC strategies. She aims to characterize the heterogeneity of aged and senescent cell populations and to unravel epigenetic-, senotherapeutic-, and OSKM – mediated mechanisms of cellular rejuvenation to guide her drug discovery efforts. In her free time, Louise enjoys shopping, concerts, hiking, and hanging out with friends.
